It is really hard to stop at 13, but rules are rules.
You have so many that I love on this list. I would like to add that I am thankful for Matt de la Pena’s THE LIVING, which made my recent Thanksgiving travels, with its delays, inclement weather, and nasty airports, incredibly enjoyable. Happy Thanksgiving!

Shawna – Matt de la Pena does not get onto many top-ten lists, but We Were Here made me cry about a group of kids that I would – otherwise – have had trouble connecting to. I haven’t read The Living, but I’ll go look it up.
