I love the idea that you are doing early readers! I will have to get my teacher friends in 1st and 2nd to share these with their kids so I get a kids reaction before Nov. 7th.
I also love that Early Readers are being recognized for their important place in children’s lit. I think the Geisel Award has had an effect on writers and publishers. It seems that the quality of Early Readers have improved!

Love these selections… Bink & Gollie are a favorite at our house even though my youngest has passed the “early reader” phase…
This will be a good one for my students to join… 🙂
